The Experience
The Fontana Days Run, with roots stretching back to 1955, has evolved into a beloved community event. What began with 200 participants has grown to welcome over 2,000 runners, making it a significant local tradition.
The course is a USATF-certified, net-downhill path, designed for speed with a 28.79 m/km drop and 87% start/finish separation, making it a prime candidate for personal bests. Runners can expect a flat profile with minimal elevation changes.
The race day atmosphere is festive, featuring a well-organized event with local vendors, entertainment, and food at the finish line. Beyond the half marathon, participants can also choose from a 5K run, a 5K family walk, or a children's dash, ensuring an inclusive experience for all.
