2026 Be Kind to Your Mind 1M 5K 10K 13.1 26.2

Did you know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month?  We are helping create awareness with our tenth annual Be Kind to Your Mind 1M, 5K, 10K, 13.1 26.2.   We encourage you to be kind to yourself and to be gentle with others. 

Also, at least 15% of every registration to charity. What: This is a 1M 5K 10K 13.1 or 26.2 virtual race in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month!  You choose which distance you will complete. When: Complete your race any time in May 2026.   *Medals and bibs will start shipping out mid-February 2026. After that they will ship out within 2 to 5 days of signing up. Where:  You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us).

Why:  Because this is our way of celebrating our beautiful minds!

Cost:  The price is $25 and that includes your medal, bib and at least 15% of every entry will be donated.    *Charity Disclaimer: We are not a nonprofit organization — we simply believe in supporting great causes whenever we can. A portion of your race registration is donated to a charitable organization. Over the last 13 years we have donated more than $1 million to charities around the world.  Due to certain legal restrictions, we're unable to publicly list specific charities associated with each event. However, you're welcome to email us at support@virtualrunevent.com for more information on which charity this race benefits and to get a list of our charity donations throughout the years.   What is a Virtual Race?                              A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or ev en at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Running and walking on your own, or with friends! And your medal will be shipped directly to you. Complete a virtual 5Ks, 10K, half marathon and more!  Each race benefits a difference charity For each of our virtual races, we choose a charity to donate a portion of each registration to. We’ve already raised more than $1,00,000 for charities from races here at Virtual Run Events!  Our goal is to continue to help different charities around the world.
