The Saint Patrick's Day Run Fest is a Community Fitness Event for all ages. The event consists of three running events: a 5K Run, 8K Run, and One Mile Run/Walk Race Map - https://bit.ly/SPDRunFestCourseMap2026 Be sure to join us for this great running event and the spirited "After Party" in Downtown Hagerstown to begin your St. Patrick's Day Celebrations.
