The Experience
The SLTC Frostbite Series has been a St. Louis winter tradition for 21 years, drawing around 400 runners from 11 states to Forest Park. The half marathon is part of a longer series, starting at the Forest Park Visitors Center on a point-to-point course. With an elevation gain/loss near zero, the certified USATF course is essentially flat, offering a fast, PR-friendly route through the park's winter landscape.

We strongly encourage participants to preregister as limited race day registrations will be available. For those who cannot compete in the entire series, single race registrations are also available.
