The FROZEN STICK 5 Mile and Half Marathon Trail Run

Welcome to The Frozen Stick Trail Run! The Frozen Stick is a stand alone event and also the FINALIE to the Stick Season Trail Run Series. Using the same route of discontinued Frozen Feet, Rockinator Racing keeps the 15 year tradition alive!  With 2 distance options, the Frozen Stick starts at LaSalle Middle School, heads up and through beautiful Bluffview, Rock Hollow and Zombie Trails. Passing the aid and cheering stations twice to return to the warm racers village indoor at the school for podiums, awards, finisher medals, music, snacks and swag!  Did Somebody say Pizza??? All participants recieve a Rockinator Racing Neck Buff, Drinks, Snacks, Chip timed, Number bib, a fully marked course, instant results, free downloadable photos, and hey, this is something fun to do in Stick Season!  Consider siging up for the Stick Season series for 4 other fun runs, a great discount and other included goodies.
