UltraTrax Gore Mountain

A forest-to-summit trek up Gore Mountain’s wooded slopes and broad ridgelines.  The route is almost entirely shaded and weaves creek-side paths, rooty woods, and ridge roads with Adirondack air and valley glimpses to reward every step. Push your pace. Carry your weight. Move with the pack. Choose your distance: 7, 14, 21, or 28 miles, and complete in 10 hours to earn the coveted UltraTrax Grey Wolf Medal. Toss on a 10, 20, or 35-lb weighted vest or ruck and unlock bonus finisher swag + serious bragging rights. The course will be extremely well marked. Trek Day Information UltraTrax Gore Mountain kicks off at 7am on July 19, 2026. The starting line will be open from 7am to 10am. It is not a race, but it is a timed event and walkers will have 10 hours to complete the course. Bibs can be mailed or picked up the morning of the event. **IF YOU REGISTER AFTER 7/3/26, BIBS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON. A friend or relative can pick up a bib if you can't attend. Complimentary parking is available onsite. Finishers will receive a custom t-shirt and velcro patch. Level 3 and 4 participants will also qualify to earn our coveted UltraTrax Grey Wolf medal.
