The races will start at 6:50 AM. Registration and packet pick-up will take place on Monday, May 11 at open water swim at Porters Cove, Moraine State ParkTuesday, May 12 evening at Pro Bike and Run, North Park Location 5:30 to 6:30 PM,Wednesday, May 13, Public Lands Cranberry Township, PA 5:00 to 6:00 PMThursday, May 14 at Moraine State Park 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Friday, May 15 at Moraine State Park North Shore, Lakeview Beach from 2:00 to 6:00 PMSaturday Adult Olympic Races and Youth RacesSunday Sprint and Super Sprint RacesYouth will pick up their packets on race day on Saturday evening at the South Shore Moraine State Park from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. (No late packet pick fee for youth athletes)Adults' pick-up on Saturday for the Sunday races from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Lakeview Beach, North Shore Moraine State Park or at the South Shore during the youth packet pick-up from 4:00 to 5:00 PMThere will be no race day packet pick-up unless you pay the $20 race fee + processing fees. Full race schedule can be found at www.getfitfamilies.com in AprilNo refunds after January 1, 2026.  Full refund if within 2 days of registering. Partial refunds or deferral until December 31.  No refunds after December 31.  Under no circumstances will medals or awards be mailed or dropped off after the race.  With live results, we can see if you placed in your age group before you leave the venue.
