2026 Harbor Half Marathon

The Harbor Half Marathon takes runners through Corpus Christi's working harbor, over the new Harbor Bridge, and along Corpus Christi Beach to Sunset Lake Park. The course weaves through historic districts before crossing the impressive bridge, offering sweeping views of the bay. The final stretch along the beach and causeway provides a refreshing coastal breeze, though humidity and wind can be factors.

The race, which benefits Junior Achievement of the Coastal Bend, has grown to attract around 359 half marathon finishers in its recent edition, with a trend of increasing participation. The flat to rolling terrain offers a decent challenge, and the scenic harbor and beach views make it a memorable run. While the field is modest, the event includes a relay and 4-mile run, creating a community atmosphere.
