The Hula Loop 6-Hour Sunday Series transforms a MidCities, TX, location into a tropical escape every other Sunday from early September through early November. Runners can choose from various distances, including a 21K, or opt for the full series for a complete experience. Each race features a unique tropical theme and a fun, festive atmosphere.
The course is a straightforward out-and-back on paved surfaces, designed for speed with minimal elevation change. This flat profile makes it an ideal setting for runners aiming for personal bests or simply enjoying a straightforward, fast run. Aid stations are stocked with essentials and sprinkled with playful, tropical surprises to keep spirits high.
Finishers are celebrated with a tropical-themed medallion, and a cool shirt is included with series registration or available as an add-on. The series registration opens in February, with individual race sign-ups available later, offering a flexible way to join the fun.
