The Goblin Valley Trail Runs present a truly unique half-marathon experience, set amidst Utah's surreal landscape dotted with thousands of hoodoos – peculiar, mushroom-shaped rock pinnacles.

The course winds through the park's trail systems, offering flowing single track and expansive views as runners loop around this stunning, protected desert environment. With an average of around 106 finishers recently, this growing event draws participants from about 10 states.

Runners receive a Goblin Valley Finisher T-Shirt, and the race is noted for its distinctive scenery, providing a memorable adventure for those seeking something beyond the typical road race.

GOBLIN VALLEY TRAIL RUNS The NEW Goblin Valley Trail Runs is a Utah trail running experience you do not want to miss. Run along an ancient place featuring thousands of Hoodoos referred to as Goblins, which are formations of mushroom-shaped rock pinnacles. This picturesque environment will be a sight to see as you run on single track trails through out the protected Utah landscape.  NEW! 50K ULTRA  the Ultra of a life time on brand new trails and views you can not get anywhere else. MARATHON takes in the views of the Hoodos as you get a 360 degree look at these wonders as you flow around the stunning landscape. HALF MARATHON takes you along all of the trail systems the park offers with flowing single track and massive views as you loop around the park. 10k is a lollipop shaped course taking you along Lizard Foot trail returning on the famous Buffalo Head Trail system. 5k is an out and back route that gets you into a grove and a taste of the desert landscape.  KID'S 1 MILE FUN RUN bring your little ones and make it a family run. All kid's receive a custom medal and special gift.
