A mountain West cluster worth watching
Utah shows up twice today, with Handcart Days in Bountiful and High Uinta in Kamas separated by just a drive through the Wasatch. Add Star Valley just over the border in Wyoming, and you’ve got three mountain-town halves logging 582 finishers combined. If you’re mapping out a late-summer road trip, this corridor is clearly where the miles are happening.
The other takeaway: Presque Isle alone accounts for half of today’s 2,419 result rows. Big fields like that mean more age-group battles and more familiar names to spot in the Erie results.
