The biggest number to land on HalfRuns today comes out of New Hampshire. The Seacoast Half Marathon in Portsmouth just had its 2026 finisher results pulled in, and the field was 877 deep. That's a full morning of scrolling through names, splits, and finish-line smiles — and a reminder that New England's fall half scene keeps showing up in force.
Fresh Results
Two result sets came in today, and they could not be more different in size.
- Seacoast Half Marathon — Portsmouth, New Hampshire — 877 finishers (2026). Full results here.
- Fields of Gold 50 Miler • 50K • Marathon • Half Marathon & Ruck • 12 Hour • 10K • 5K — Marble Falls, Texas — 8 finishers (2026). Full results here.
That's roughly 4,332 result rows across the two races. Nearly all of them come from one coastal New Hampshire race, which makes the Seacoast field the one to dig into if you're chasing a friend's time or checking how your own day stacked up.
The Fields of Gold lineup is a different animal entirely: 50 miler, 50K, marathon, half marathon and ruck, 12 hour, 10K, 5K. Eight finishers across that menu is a small, hardy crew in Marble Falls. If you like your races with a side of grit, that's your page.
New Photos
One fresh photo set went up today:
- NSRF Fallback Half Marathon (NY) — new shots curated and live on the race page.
The Pattern Worth Noting
Look at the two result sets side by side and you get the whole range of what a race weekend looks like. Portsmouth drew 877 finishers to a single half. Marble Falls drew 8 across seven distance options. Neither is better — but it's a good reminder that the half marathon distance sits in the middle of both worlds. It's the event that anchors a big city race and the event that rounds out a multi-distance ultra festival.
