Runstock

RunStock is returning for 2024! It is a full runners' weekend at Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks. Choose from a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon, or 12 hour timed run. All races will again start and end at Camp Red Bud in Lake of the Ozarks State Park.  Cabins will be available at no charge on a first come, first serve basis. When we aren't running, we will be having fun with music, games, food, and jokes! Race day /weekend sign up is available at the camp starting at 4:30pm Friday. 2024 Course maps: 5k - https://www.plotaroute.com/route/211658410k & Ultra- https://www.plotaroute.com/route/2116581Half marathon and full: https://www.plotaroute.com/route/2124481 Due to the location of the camp and the trail layout at the park, all courses are on paved roads.  This is not a trail race. 2024 schedule of events: Friday, May 17 6:00-8:00pm – Dinner 6:00-7:30pm – 5k Saturday, May 18 6:00am - 12 hour timed run begins 7:00-9:00am - Breakfast 8:00-11:00am – 10k 10:00am - Yoga 11:00am-9:00pm – Lunch / Dinner throughout the day 2:00-4:00 – Entertainment / Outdoor activities 5:00-8:00pm – Half marathon 8:00-10:00pm – Entertainment / Outdoor activities Sunday, May 19 6:00am - 6 hour timed run begins 6:00-9:00pm – Breakfast 7:00-2:00pm – Marathon 11:00am-2:00pm - Lunch 5:00pm – Event ends Food is available to all registered runners at no cost. Friends and family can purchase food if desired. Plan to stay with us the entire weekend! Even if you aren't running, you will have fun. Sign up for 2 races and get 10% off the second one. Sign up for 3 or 4 runs and get 20% off those. Proceeds of this race benefit Wonderland Camp. The mission of Wonderland Camp is to provide a fun, inclusive and safe camp experience for children, teenagers and adults who have disabilities; to offer a respite from daily caregiving for their family members and caregivers; and to provide and nurture a personal development experience for volunteers and staff. Runstock is put on by FundRuns, a 501(c)3 organization in Lake of the Ozarks that hosts running events with proceeds going to area charities.
