Kick off your spring running season at The Spring Sprung Half Marathon in Ballwin, Missouri. This event, now in its second edition, takes place in the scenic Queeny Park, offering a refreshing escape into nature.
The course is a loop designed for speed, featuring rolling, shaded gravel trails that promise a fast and enjoyable run. With an elevation gain and loss of approximately 0 feet, it's a course that favors personal bests. Runners can expect a well-marked path with aid stations every 3.25 miles, stocked with essential hydration and sports drinks.
The atmosphere at Racers Village, located at the Smith Pavilion, is lively with music and community spirit. Participants receive a substantial finisher's medal, a Rockinator Racing backpack, and a commemorative t-shirt. Awards are given to the top three in each age group, and free photos and videos capture the day's achievements. This race is a great way to support the Rockwoods School District Cross Country program, with 100% of proceeds going to help young athletes.

Welcome to The SPRING SPRUNG 5k-10k and Half Marathon! Brought to you by Rockinator Racing. Starting at 8:00am in beautiful Queeny Park. Run Walk Jog or Ruck starting from Racers Village at the Smith Pavillion, through the shady, rolling, fast, gravel trails of Queeny park! BIG CUSTOM FINISHERS MEDAL INCLUDED! Custom MEDAL badges and awards to the top 3 in all event Age Groups! (1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) 5K,10K, Ruck and Half Marathon with podiums and Free photos and video for download! For registering, you not only get an awesome run through the beautiful Queeny park trail system, you get a Big ol' heavy finishers medal, The Rockinator Racing Backpack, A soft spun T-shirt commemorating the event, Race Snacks, Colas, Professional Chip Timing, Aid station access every lap at 3.25 miles stocked with sport drinks, Fully marked course, Music rocking at racer village, Podium Awards Ceremony, Free Action Pics and finish line Video. Whew! A great way to kick off Spring! Please consider donating a few bucks to The Rockwoods School District Cross Country program. 100% of proceeds go to help keep kids in shoes, jackets, tarps, drinks, and general program support. Packet pick up will be race morning starting at 6:30 until 7:45. Please try to pick up your packet early to avoid lines! National Anthem goes off at 7:56. You run off at 8:00. Its gonna be a great day and super fun way to kick off your weekend! Get your friends to join you and lets GO!!
