The Experience
The inaugural Baker's Dozen Half Marathon and Half Dozen 10K lands in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, on September 21, 2025, celebrating 150 years of the Baker family's baking legacy. Set in Brady's Run Park, the course mixes paved paths and dirt trails through wooded parkland, with the half marathon running a two-loop route. Expect a small, hometown field—runners from about three states are drawn to this quirky, food-centric event.
The race delivers on its bakery theme: finishers enjoy plenty of baked goods, and winners take home rolling pins. Packet pickup is Saturday afternoon or race morning, with day-of registration available. While the field is modest and repeat-loyalty unproven in its first year, the promise of great swag, good food, and a scenic park course makes this a charming local outing for those seeking a low-key, flavorful half marathon.
