The Experience
The Harvest Half Marathon, a Team Brunazzi Events flagship race, unfolds along the scenic Yough River on a flat, crushed limestone trail. This out-and-back course, now in its 15th year, provides a straightforward path for runners aiming for a personal best, with water stops approximately every 1.5 miles.
The event, which also includes 5k and 10k distances, draws participants from about 10 states and sees roughly 22% of its approximately 143 finishers return each year. Proceeds from the race benefit the Greenock/Mount Vernon PTO, adding a community-focused element to the day's festivities. Finishers receive medals, with awards for top overall and masters finishers in the half marathon.
