2027 Jamestown Rhode Races

The Jamestown Rhode Races half marathon is a scenic loop around Conanicut Island, offering runners stunning views of Narragansett Bay and the massive Newport Pell Bridge, the largest suspension bridge in New England. The course winds through quiet roads past historic Watson Farm and the charming village of Jamestown, with its small shops and restaurants. It's a flat, fast course with virtually no elevation change, making it a prime PR opportunity.

Now in its 13th edition, the race draws about 350 runners from 25 states, with a loyal 21% returning each year. The 3.5-hour time limit is generous, and the capped field of 425 keeps the atmosphere intimate and low-key. Expect a well-organized event with T-shirt swag and a quintessential New England seaside experience. Whether you're chasing a personal best or just want a beautiful run by the water, this race delivers.
