Paws, Claws & Renegades Endurance Festival

The Paws, Claws & Renegades Endurance Festival is the newest challenge from Endurance Team Be@Peace, and it comes with a purpose built into every step: each mile covered helps local cat and dog rescues keep bowls full and hearts mended, so more animals make it home. This is a half marathon with a cause at its center, staged in Greer, South Carolina.

The format is deliberately loose and welcoming. Run it, walk it, or ruck it — the festival meets you wherever you are — and those who'd rather not toe the line can cheer from the sidelines. Runners are invited to pick a distance, bring pet food or supplies to donate, and join a crew of renegades who show up for the animals. It's a community gathering as much as a race, with rescue and adoption at the heart of the day.
