The biggest number of the morning came off the Carolina coast: 1,989 finisher rows from 2024 Run Holden Beach, now loaded and live. The full Run Holden Beach results are searchable by name, so if this one is on your race history, your day is on the board.
That was one race. Four more came in behind it.

North Carolina takes two of the five
Holden Beach and Hillsborough landed in the same state today, and they could not look more different: 1,989 finishers on one side, 262 on the other. One state, two very different sizes of race morning.
Rockville brings the second-biggest field
Parks Half Marathon in Rockville, Maryland posted 892 finishers, the second-largest field of the day and the biggest pure half marathon in the batch. Those results are in and ready to search.
The long tail
Two races today came in with smaller, sharper fields:
- Lincoln Marathon - Full/Half/10K/5K in Lincoln, Maine — 70 finishers — results
- Trail Mix Duathlon in Rockford, Illinois — 9 finishers — results
Nine finishers means every single one of them landed in the top ten.
The pattern in today's data
Holden Beach alone accounts for 1,989 of the roughly 4,206 finisher rows pulled today. Put the other four races together — 892, 262, 70 and 9 — and you get 1,233. One race out-produced four combined, and the two smallest fields of the day both came from races that share their names with much bigger events in other states.
If your name is in any of those five sets, it is on the site now.
